When much of this beach front town was built, building codes were not a thing anyone knew of. So when the majority of this towns’ apartment and condo buildings were built, they were built in shallow foundation and soft sand. Leading to the problem today that is plaguing about 90 of these building’s that are leaning like Italy’s Leaning Tower of Pisa.
