After being in use for decades, this FAA Radar station was left abandoned in the El Yunque Rainforest in Puerto Rico. This radar station used to cover over 1 million square miles covering air territory from Virginia to Texas and the Eastern Caribbean. It was left to rust in 2005 ultimately over political reasons.
