Linhall Olympic Arena

Location: Tallin, Estonia

Located right in the harbor district of Tallinn, Estonia you will find a giant Olympic arena left in ruins. This 5,000 seat arena was built in a rush back in the late 1970’s as a host site for the 1980 Moscow Olympics. At the time, officials bragged that they were able to quickly build the fully concrete arena, but time has taken a toll. After the Olympics ended, Estonia realized it really did not have the need or use of the massive structure. Therefore, it has just been left for graffiti artists and teens to hang out at. Tallinn city council has recently come up with some plans to try to refurbish the stadium, but nothing has been approved. You can though get a stunning view of the city from the top.
